2.2 Virtue Project is listed in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam, under file number 68668368. The VAT number of Virtue Project is NL339506398B01.
3.1 These General Conditions govern the use of the Website by User.
3.2 By placing an order in the Web Store, User accepts the applicability of the General Conditions.
4.1 ALAMI sell deodorants.
6.1 Orders placed at ALAMI Naturals will be delivered to User after payment has been received. ALAMI aims to deliver within two (2) working days counted from the day that the order and payment both have been confirmed by ALAMI to User. In the event of delayed, ALAMI will send a writing email to User.
6.2 Delivery from ALAMI to User will take place at the delivery address provided by User.
6.3 ALAMI guarantees that the order will arrive within 30 days after order confirmation. If this unlikely event not, User to write an email with the order number and the amount paid for the product, it will be (a) immediately refund, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value).
7.1 User is allowed to return the product(s) within 14 days after arrival. This can be done by filling in returning form and send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving confirmation from ALAMI, the product has to be sent within 14 days. Once product received, full purchase price will be refunded within 30 days. The costs of return are at User’s expense. User has to treat the product and packaging properly in the period of return await.
8.1 The (total) value of the products is indicated in ALAMI shop. User is able to pay in the webstore with mentioned payment method. The shipping costs are at your expense.
9.1 ALAMI is not liable for damage caused by use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by ALAMI’s intent, negligence or recklessness. User’s right to compensation is in any case not exceed the amount of the ordered and paid product.
10.INTELLECUTAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
10.1 All intellectual property rights (including copyright, logos, word marks) on ALAMI texts, photos, images and other materials belong to us (or we manage with the right holder.
11.1 If User has a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, please send your complaint to email@example.com. ALAMI will handle the complaint as soon as possible, within 14 business days upon receive of the complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, User will receive within 7 working days a confirmation of and to be informed when a substantive response can be expected. If both parties (ALAMI and User) can not mutually resolve the complaint, there is a dispute covered by the dispute.
12. DISPUTE – GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
12.1 The General Conditions and the Contract of Sale are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Any and all disputes arising from the General Conditions and the Contract of Sale will be submitted to the competent court of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
